Raffle tickets will be sold at check-in and weigh-in. Tickets purchased will benefit the American Hero Hunt.The 50/50 Raffle will take place on Sunday, February 23rd.

Official Rules

  1. Hunt All & Anywhere In Ohio That Is Legal According To Ohio Department Of Natural Resources (ODNR).
  2. All Participants Must Have All Required Ohio Hunting License.
  3. Responsibility Of The Participant To Follow All Rules And Regulations For The State Of Ohio.
  4. JMR Outdoor Adventures LLC, Vance Outdoors, Inc Or Any Other Sponsors Of This Event Are Not Held Responsible For Participants Actions During The Tournament.
  5. Coyote Only Hunt. Hunting Only. No Trapping. Thermal And Night Vision Are Allowed.
  6. No Trapping, Snaring, Hounds, Or Shooting From Moving Vehicles. All Coyotes Will Be Checked For Snare Or Trap Marks By A Licensed Veterinary Technician.
  7. Hunters Must Be Ohio Residents Or An Ohio Landowner.
  8. $40 Per Team (2 Team Members) You Can Also Hunt Solo (Still $40) But No More Than 2 Per Team.
  9. Hunting Can Begin Any Time After Your Team Has Been Registered On Friday At 12:00 PM / Noon.
  10. 1 Team Member Must Have A Cell Phone That Is Capable Of Taking Photos In The Field.
  11. All Coyotes Harvested Must Be Videoed, Showing Limp-Ness W/ No Rigor, With A Cell Phone Directly After The Kill With Mouth Block And Zip Tie Already In Place. Keep Your Videos. Winners Videos Will Be Reviewed.
  12. All Coyotes Must Be Mouth Blocked (Jenga Blocks) And Zip Tied According To The Procedure Or They Will Not Count At Weigh In. No Exceptions! Hunters Will Make Their Own Blocks. 1"X3" Or Jenga Blocks.
  13. Team Number And Code Number Must Face Roof Of Mouth And Tongue. (Code & Team Number Given At Registration)
  14. No Roadkill, Freezer Kept (Prior To Tournament Weekend) Or Pen Raised Animals Allowed.
  15. Disposal Of Carcasses After Weigh-In Is Sole Responsibility Of The Participants.
  16. 1 Team Member Must Show Up At The Registration On Friday, February 21 Between 12 PM - 6 PM. You Will Sign Off On Rules And Pay For Your Partner At Check In! Bring Your Partners Name, Address And Phone Number With You.
  17. Weigh-In Begins At 2:00 PM On Sunday, February 23 At Vance Outdoors In Hebron, OH. Bring Your Coyotes With You
  18. 1 Team Member Must Be Present At Weigh-In And Be There By 3:00 PM Or The Team Will Be Disqualified.
  19. Each Team Member That Shows Up Will Receive 1 Ticket Per Team Member And Be Entered In The Raffle
  20. There Will Be No Pooling Of Coyotes Between Teams!
  21. JMR Outdoor Adventures Or Vance Outdoors Has The Right To Disqualify A Team If They See Fit.
