Becky brings 52 years of Industry knowledge to the event, as she has worked for and represented some of the Industry Top companies such as, Vortex, Leica Optics, Bushnell, Hodgdon Powder as well as being the National Accounts Manager for Walther Arms.

Rachelle is an avid outdoor girl that manages a Graphic Design business, works as an ambassador for DSG Outerwear, and helps her husband at their family owned business called Smoke Hole Resort in West Virginia.
Rachelle did not get introduced to hunting until 2007, when she met her husband Josh. Since then, Rachelle has traveled to many places to hunt.
In 2010, she traveled to New Zealand to fly fish, and came home with a White Fallow Deer, along with 2 Gold Plus Medal archery Red Stags. At the time, Rachelle's 416" Red Stag ranked #14 in the world with Safari Club International. She also held the record for the #1 largest archery Red Stag harvested by a woman.
Rachelle and her husband Josh are Pro Staff members with Realtree Outdoors, and Rachelle has also hosted some of the RealtreeLife YouTube Videos.
