What do we ship?
Although we ship everything, some items require additional shipping charges due to size, weight or quantity ordered.
When do we ship?
Orders placed with Standard Shipping are estimated to ship within 1-3 business days from the time the order was placed. Our estimated shipping time is based on several factors, including the type of product you have ordered, and how quickly we can obtain and assemble items for shipment. Orders for multiple items can sometimes take longer to assemble before we are able to ship, and may be shipped in multiple packages.
The ship time for firearms is also dependent on whether or not we have the receiving dealer's Federal Firearms License (FFL) on file, or if we need to obtain that from them. Shipments are processed Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. EST.
While we strive to have all items in stock at the time of purchase, on occasion, an item will sell out before we can adjust inventory levels. In the event that an item is purchased that is not in stock, the customer will be immediately notified to resolve the issue.
Orders placed after 4 p.m. EST for Select or Express Shipping may not be processed until the next business day.
Where do we ship to?
Anywhere in the continental United States, additional shipping charges for Alaska and Hawaii. We currently do not offer shipping outside of the United States. Some restrictions may apply.
How do we ship?
We ship all merchandise purchased via Federal Express. After FedEx receives the merchandise the carrier assumes all risk and liability.

Current shipping rates are based upon a maximum weight of 50lbs. You may be contacted for orders weighing over 50lbs to approve shipping rate adjustment.

How we handle returns?
All items purchased have a satisfaction guarantee of 7 days with the exception of books, mouth calls and scopes that have been mounted on a gun. After 7 days a customer will be required to request an authorization from customer service for any type of return, unfortunately there will be no authorization for returns granted after 30 days from receipt by the customer. In the event of a manufacturer defect you will need to contact the manufacturer after 30 days. Due to the type of products we sell, all returns must be in, like new condition, and all originally packaging must be included. If an item is returned or refunded please allow 14 days for the exchange to take place.
