Due to the unprecedented amount of traffic in our retail stores, we have made the tough decision to temporarily suspend all new orders from being placed online, including new in-store pickup orders.

(5 out of 5) Walther PPS M2
by from Oak Hill, Ohio on

Recently purchased this firearm from Vance's. The transaction was a smooth process from start to finish. The staff was fantastic. As for the Walther it is one fine firearm! I tried it out with 3 different brands of ammo without any problems. The PPS is very accurate, low felt recoil and feels good in the hand. I had considered other single stack 9 mm, I am so glad I chose the Walther.

(5 out of 5) Great little gun
by from Reynoldsburg, OH on

Very impressed with the trigger and the fact it came with 3 mags. Shot great at the range. Great grouping. Highly recommend. Better than a shield in my opinion.

(5 out of 5) PPS M2 LE
by from Newark, Ohio on

After putting about 500 rounds through the Shield, with a couple of problems with the magazines not wanting to load the bullet in the chamber and 2 FTE, Traded in Shield 1.0 for the PPS M2 LE. Also did not like the grip even with a Hoge beavertail or trigger on the Shield. Enter the PPS M2. Just put 300 rounds down range, great feel, no failures with three types of ammo HP and FMJ. More accurate out of the box at 15 yards than the Shield at 7 yards. Luminescent sites are not true nights sites, but are good in low light and for some reason the little bit of yellow glow is easier to pick up then the stand white 3 dot. Highly recommend, as it feels and shoots like a high quality firearm which is more than I can say for the Shield.

I just purchased this gun at Vance's in Obetz the other day. Took it to their indoor range and fired around 250 rounds Blazer Brass 124 Full Metal Jacket Ammo. This gun ran flawlessly. I used all three magazines and was able to easily switch from one to the other. I prefer the higher capacity magazines but was able to shoot well with all of them. I have several guns. Two S&W Shields a S&W SD9VE and a Walther PPQ M2. I have to say that I am impressed with everything about this gun! It seemed perfect as far as ergonomics and ran like a champ!

(5 out of 5) Excellent pistol
by from Ellijay, Georgia on

After purchasing, thoroughly clean and lightly oil before shooting to avoid feeding problems. This pistol is easy to disassemble and reassemble. Great shooter as it is comfortable to hold and shoot. Awesome accuracy and fun to shoot. I really like the trigger and grip. The eight round magazine is a perfect fit to my hand but the six round is still accurate to shoot with.

(5 out of 5) Very Impressed!
by from Zanesville, Oh on

Wow! What a nice weapon. Just bought it from Vance Outdoors. Love shopping there, great staff. Weapon very accurate and performed flawless right out of the box. Accuracy was comparable to my Kimber. Feels good in the hand, very balanced and nice sights. I’m sure with 3 different length magazines this gun will fit about anyone. Will definitely be my new carry weapon. Can’t wait to put some more rounds thru it.

(5 out of 5) Great gun, awesome price, fast delivery.
by from Varysburg, Ny on

Bought mine a week ago. It is an awesome little shooter. Conceals well, fun to shoot. Very comfortable. Will cycle any ammo and this is the best price out there, just get one. Very happy with the service I received from Vance's.

(5 out of 5) Impressive
by from Stoutsville, OH on

I own a couple higher dollar carry guns but the PPS LE is by far more accurate than my SIG P938 and P365. Both of my brothers have one as well and all 3 shot quarter size groups at 7 yards. Cant do that with either of my SIGs. I still carry the p365 just because of more rounds but I may change that. Excellent gun. Too bad my brothers and I paid under $300 for these last year and now they are in the mid to high $400s.
