My Honey got this a few months ago and it also had some failure to feed issues. Started using Federal 40gr and Winchester SuperX 40gr and have not had any issues. It has over 400 rounds thru it now. Gave it 4stars in the Customer Satisfaction because I cant find ANY extra mags for it. I contacted Smith & Wesson and was told that they do not make the magazines for that firearm. They should sell it with 2 mags instead of one!
