The 1911A1 "Service" is a classic pistol in .45 ACP with many high-end features at a very reasonable price.
I'm just like my father, believing in name brand weapons. This 1911 is awesome and it shoots so smooth. Very good buy on my end. Want to get 9mm version once it's back in stock. The only issue is that I have is the Kimber .45 mag and and it won't go in unless you push the release. Otherwise, great purchase.
I purchased this firearm despite all the negative comments from all the haters of anything not Glock, S&W, etc. This gun racks so smoothly, even the haters at the range were impressed. I have had zero negative issues with this at the range. This is one of my favorites in my collection. Also, I purchased some really cool wood grips and it looks amazing. Money very well spent!
