Product Description

CRUSH® Seeds of Science® Summer CRUSH® contains a carefully selected mix of 8 different seed varieties, each with varying maturity levels to provide a widely diversified blend that remains attractive to whitetails throughout the entire growing season! This mix contains Buckwheat, Cowpeas, Faba Bean, Field Peas, Forage Peas, Mung Beans, Forage Soybeans, Cereal Grains, Radishes, Brassicas, and Peredovik Sunflower giving deer a smorgasbord buffet to choose from spring, summer, fall, or winter.

Site Prep

  • Sunlight: 8+ hours
  • Fertilizer: 250 lbs 13-13-13 per acre or as recommended per soil test
  • Tools: Disk, Drag, Till, and/or Glyphosate before planting
  • Soil pH: 6.0-7.5
  • Lime: 45lbs per acre (if soil pH is <5) or as recommended per soil test
  • Soil: Seedbed must be weed free,firm, and even

Planting Instructions

  • Application: Drill or Broatcast Spreader
  • Depth: 1 in. max
  • Rate: 11 lbs per 1/4 acre
