Using a S&W bodyguard. This ammo scrapes and catches inside the magazine causing misfeeds. Out of 50 rounds, I had 4 that did not fire on first strike. Luckily, the bodyguard is a double action so I was able to strike it again and get it to fire. First and last time buying Magtech.
