The blank utilizes a 36 Ton Toray carbon fiber with a K-Wooven scrim, and Phenix proprietary Nanolite resins that make it lighter and stronger. The Vortex One piece blank is designed to amplify sensitivity by as much as 63% over the competition. The New M1 Walleye rods feature a custom carbon fiber reel seat which is denser then graphite to transmit the sensitivity even more so into your hands.
