The Midwest Industries Lever Action Modular Top Rail is a reverse and forward compatible rail system designed for use with existing MI M-LOK™ lever gun handguards. Precision machined from high-quality aluminum with a durable black finish, it allows users to mount optics, lasers, or lights further down the firearm for improved flexibility and customization.
