Product Description

Consistency is key — improve follow-up shots with Faxon Firearms EXOS Pistol Compensators. Engineered for Glock® Gen 5 9mm pistols, the EXOS-553 uses a uniquely angled single-chamber front port to reduce muzzle climb and recoil for faster, more consistent follow-up shots. Machined from 6061 aluminum with a black anodized finish and optimized for Faxon barrels, each compensator ships with hardware and thread locker for installation.

  • Fitment: Designed for Glock® Gen 5 9mm pistols — tested on Glock 19 Gen 5, Glock 17 Gen 5, Glock 34 Gen 5. Fitment with other models/generations not guaranteed.
  • Material & Finish: 6061 aluminum, black anodized finish.
  • Design: Angled front port single-chamber design to deflect gas upward and reduce muzzle climb and recoil.
  • Barrel Protrusion: Optimized for Faxon branded barrels; for other barrels, barrel should protrude ≤ 0.600" for a flush fit.
  • Included Hardware: Thread locker, two 6-32 set screws, 1/16" Allen wrench.
