A user-adjustable gas block allows the system to be tuned for consistent performance when shooting suppressed or unsuppressed. Paired with the Daniel Defense Linear Compensator, the DD5 P manages muzzle blast while maintaining dependable operation across configurations.

At the core of the platform is Daniel Defense’s innovative 4-Bolt Connection System, which increases the surface area between the barrel and upper receiver. This added rigidity enhances stability and supports accuracy traditionally associated with high-end bolt-action rifles.
