Steve's BBQ Mac & Cheese recipe uses American Buffalo as the lead protein and it was a no-brainer! These bison are sourced from Durham Ranch out of Gillette, WY, and Peak Refuel owe it to ranchers like them for keeping these animals on the landscape and preventing them from extinction.
