Machined on Swiss-style turning centers from high-grade Grade 5 titanium (6AL-4V / GR5), these pins deliver a balance of strength, corrosion resistance, and reduced weight compared to standard steel components.
The patent-pending UPS™ (Ultimate Pin Set) design introduces a unique ramped groove system that securely retains the detent during installation while allowing controlled, tool-free removal when needed. Aggressively crenulated pin heads enhance grip for easier manipulation, and the system ships complete with a 3D-printed rear pin removal tool (RTT™) along with detents and springs for a complete installation solution.
