HKS has an arm up on the competition!  A flexing brake arm slips over the top of the magazine and the arm gives smooth, controlled movement for easy loading. 

The lock down stop snaps over the bottom end of the magazine to hold the spring fully depressed as you drop cartridges into the magazine. Remove the loader by pressing the tab and lift off.

The HKS Magazine Speedloader can be used to quickly load .22 caliber long rifle magazines at a rate of 15 rounds in 18 seconds.
