Vance Outdoors did a great job of offering this revolver for a great price, and deserve a 5+ . 

Unfortunately, the Heritage manufactured revolver had a screw come off after just two visits to the range. It was returned under warranty to Heritage in Georgia. After 10 weeks of emailed form letters and excuses from Heritage, I couldn't get an intelligent response from them - the excuses were always problems with a new software system. 

In desperation, I contacted Vance Outdoors - and I was immediately contacted by a Heritage customer service representative. A real person! A week later my Roscoe was repaired and in my hands. 

The people at Vance Outdoors didn't have to get involved with a manufacturer's issue - BUT THEY DID. I am thankful to them, and its nice to know that their customer service didn't stop with the sale. These Vance people are the Good Guys.
